1. Returns

You can return products purchased from our website within 30 days of receiving them, provided they meet the following conditions:

• The product is in its original, unused condition.

• The product is in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

• You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@ministryautostyle.com with your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the product.

3. Ship the Product: Pack the product securely and include the RAN and the original receipt. Ship the product to the address provided in the return authorization email. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Products that have been used, damaged, or altered.

• Custom or personalized products.

• Clearance or final sale items.

• Gift cards.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by issuing a refund or sending a replacement product at no additional cost to you.

6. Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. Provide your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect product and ship the correct product to you at no additional cost.

7. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
